Trojan 100 Young Engineers
The brainchild of Trojan Holding's Managing Director, Eng. Hamad; as part of a personal mission to encourage young, talented students to join the industry; 100 Trojan Young Engineers' aim was to give back to the community by providing a platform for students to get an up-close look at the practical life of a professional engineer by exposing them to Trojan Holding's expertise in local and international engineering.
Multiply CSR
Inspired by The Year of Giving, #FoodNotTrash aims to create global awareness about food waste by changing individuals actions. The initiative hopes to empower people with knowledge on how to buy less, cook sparingly and make the most of leftovers. To date, the campaign has seen over 75,000 pledges to reduce food waste, with some of the region's biggest brands showing their support, including: Tamouh, Aldar, Sorbonne university, Paragon Mall, Abu Dhabi Terminals, Cine Royal Cinemas and Hydra properties.

Marketing Account Manager - Arabic Speaking
Position Title: Marketing Account Manager
Department Name: Marketing

Job Purpose
We are looking for an Arabic speaking Marketing Account Manager to join our marketing team at Multiply Marketing Consultancy. This is a full time job where the Account Manager is responsible for working with his/her assigned account(s) to achieve and maintain optimum results. The account manager is the primary point of contact for the account within Multiply. This role includes the following major responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities
  • Customers management, servicing, and satisfaction - the account manager is the primary point of contact for the account within Multiply.
  • Research; Developing and maintaining knowledge of the accounts and their business sectors - Developing, through data collection, an in-depth knowledge about the accounts and the issues and programs that affect them, and maintaining current knowledge through account and industry monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing full fledge marketing plans; suggesting solutions and innovative ideas to meet clients' needs and achieve better results (Marketing Mix, Activations, PR, loyalty programs, marketing materials, tie-ups, advertising/media, online and social media).
  • Tactics; Action planning and problem solving. Working with the accounts to determine the causes of problems, identify effective solutions, and assist in the development of an action plan to achieve improved results.
  • Managing Agencies - development of internal (other departments) and external (suppliers) projects and ensure the work is executed on time. E.g.: stand contractors, printing press, radio/video production, ushers and performance talents for events.
  • Bringing media attention to newsworthy activities through press releases, media kits and media tours.
  • Outreach and education; working with the accounts to encourage understanding and cooperation with regard to needed products and/or services improvements.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business

Experience
  • 3-5 years relevant marketing program management and/or agency experience

We are currently looking for bilingual team players seeking new challenges. This is a full time job where the Marketing Account Executive is responsible for working with his/her assigned clients to achieve and maintain optimum results.

This role includes the following major responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities
  • Handling and servicing several clients/ accounts and operate as a link between Multiply and the assigned clients.
  • Researching and maintaining knowledge of the clients and their business sectors.
  • Presenting alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and costing to client
  • Working with Marketing Account Managers account planners to come up with campaigns that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Understand the client brief and channel it accordingly internally with the creative team and externally with 3rd party suppliers to get the job done
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Managing Agencies - development of internal (other departments) and external (suppliers such as printing press, stand contractors, video production houses…) projects and ensuring the work is executed on time and meeting the requested quality standards.

Conceptualize, plan, execute visual communication materials for clients, internal requirements in coordination with other departments (Marketing / Research / OOH Media).


Interpret a creative brief and come up with creative solutions to tackle the certain problem and turning it into a solution to exceed client expectations:
  • Aligning the Client's brief and expectations with the new trends and technologies.
  • Participate in brainstorming and coming up with concepts & ideas that stand out in the market.
  • Acting as brand guardian for the client/brand, and making sure all guidelines are met and implemented.

Research Executive – Nutrition & Well Being
Position Title: Research Executive – Nutrition & Well Being
Department Name: Research Department

Specialized Research
  • Conduct customized secondary research in Nutrition, Anti aging and healthy lifestyle practices customized to high-end clients.
  • Conduct secondary and primary research in Nutrition, Anti aging, FMCG and healthy lifestyle practices for corporate and employees.
  • Research, review and recommend several supplements to provide a recommendation for use within a specific target group.
  • Read and present health related specialized books (brain health, nutrition, cycling athletes diets, et..) and give recommendations on key messages.
  • Participate in the proposal development for food & nutrition related clients/ projects.
  • Assist in the development of new business models related to nutrition and medical sector.

Diets & Nutrition Plan Development
  • Develop nutrition plans for specific target groups with a focus on boosting metabolism, enhancing brain health and heart health, improving energy levels, etc.
  • Develop on monthly basis customized recipes, each with a specific health benefit.
  • Develop on monthly the nutrition information (calorie count, carbohydrates, protein content etc.) for the recipes provided in the kiosks.
  • Develop on daily basis list of key health messages that are meant to enhance overall wellbeing of clients' employees.
  • Monitor the release of new health products to boots energy and memory and other health related objectives as per the interest of the client.
  • Conduct proper reviews on new products released to ensure the safety of its use

Publications & Other Deliverables Development
  • Develop healthy eating and lifestyle practices presentations and videos content to be presented in selected clients' locations.
  • Create concept and produce healthy corporate gifts for different occasions.
  • Develop healthy recipes for cook books for different clients.
  • Develop and execute customized corporate wellness programs for clients along with the development of communication toolkits.
  • Supervise the development of the creative materials needed for the corporate wellness programs.
  • Conceptualize and develop booklets related to Healthy eating and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Conceptualized and develop books related to the Anti aging nutrition and lifestyle practices.

Educational Qualifications
  • B.S. in Nutrition, Master is an asset

Work Experience
  • 3-4 years of working experience in Nutrition research field
  • Previous exposure to quantitative and qualitative research techniques/ modules is an asset

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office (especially Access & Excel)
  • Report writing & presentation skills (especially power point) and other presentation software (prezi, infographics, etc..)
