Terms and Conditions

A valid Multiply Marketplace card must be presented to avail of the offer.
Offer only applicable on packages and not special programs or promotions.
Discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers.
Primal Gym has the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove a portion of these terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.
Company should respond and agrees with the Corporate Offer for its effectiveness.
Membership fees are to be paid upfront and in full.
No cancellations and no refunds will be given on Personal Training or any memberships.
Members can transfer the membership to a non-member with a transfer fee of AED 150 (excluding VAT).
Members must sign in when utilizing the gym, using the sign-in sheet provided.
Non-usage of the gym will not deactivate the membership unless the member is informed about freezing.
Members can freeze for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 12 weeks. Below are the different fees for freezing memberships:
- 1 Month and Monthly Membership – 25 AED per week.
- 3 Months – 1 week for free and 25 AED (excluding VAT) on the 2nd week onwards.
- 6 Months – 2 weeks for free and 25 AED (excluding VAT) on the 2nd week onwards.
- Annual – 1 month for free and 25 AED (excluding VAT) per week onwards.
