English Copywriter

About the Vacancy

Multiply Group is an Abu Dhabi-based publicly listed investment holding company with a diversified portfolio across several industries and geographies. We are looking for an experienced English Copywriter with solid hands-on writing skills and content creation for both offline and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have the ability to showcase the group’s work and achievements through both factual and human approach stories.

He/she should be comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly-shifting environment, and able to synthesize points of view from various stakeholders in order to offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing strong content and stories for the group’s communications channels and collaterals
• Adopt stories to meet the needs of the various platforms and the respective audience
• Write and edit articles, reports, and other communication materials including features, success stories, bios, speeches, opinion pieces and social media content
• Research and review the business related public information material such as success stories, news features, videos and press releases, as well as reports in general and per business sector.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute communication materials for various stakeholders in coordination with the communication team
• Participates in brainstorming sessions and help come up with concepts and ideas
• Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders to generate content
• Ensure produced content promotes the group’s purpose and values
• Edit and proofreads every piece of communication with an eye for detail
• Handle branding materials which include, English brand naming, coming up with slogans, and copy for ATL and BTL communication

Qualifications

• University degree in communications, journalism, English language and literature or related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant and proven professional experience in journalism, copywriting and editing
• Corporate and finance writing skills
• Strong knowledge of production of content for reports, newsletters, multimedia and online
• Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
• Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
